Please note that withdrawing consent may affect our ability to provide storage services to you. We will inform you of the implications of withdrawing consent when you make such a request.

Limits on Collection

We will not collect personal information indiscriminately. Collection is limited to information that is reasonable and necessary for the purposes identified above. We collect personal information directly from you wherever possible.

We will respond within thirty (30) days, or provide written notice if additional time is required.

In some circumstances, we may be unable to provide access to certain information, such as where disclosure would reveal personal information about another individual, the information is subject to solicitor-client privilege, or disclosure is otherwise restricted by law. Where access is refused, we will notify you in writing and explain the reason and any further steps available to you.
