To withdraw consent or request deletion of your information, please contact our Privacy Contact using the details at the end of this Policy.
Limits on Collection
We will not collect personal information indiscriminately. Collection is limited to information that is reasonable and necessary for the purposes identified above. We collect personal information directly from you wherever possible.

If you demonstrate that personal information we hold is inaccurate or incomplete, we will amend it as required. If a challenge regarding the accuracy of personal information is not resolved to your satisfaction, we will note that a correction was requested but not made.
Safeguards
We protect your personal information by implementing reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, or disposal. These measures are appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
We take reasonable steps to ensure that any service providers who assist in delivering our services maintain a comparable level of privacy protection. Please note that confidentiality and security cannot be fully assured when information is transmitted electronically.
Video Surveillance
Our storage facility uses video surveillance cameras for the purpose of facility safety and security. By accessing the facility, you consent to video monitoring as permitted by applicable law. Video footage is retained for a limited period and is not shared with third parties except as required by law or for the investigation of an incident.

We will respond within thirty (30) days, or provide written notice if additional time is required.
In some circumstances, we may be unable to provide access to certain information, such as where disclosure would reveal personal information about another individual, the information is subject to solicitor-client privilege, or disclosure is otherwise restricted by law.
